Here is how our approach works…Normally, there is dinner involved and our presentation works  well in that atmosphere. If there is no meal involved…try to talk your boss into having one because we really enjoy eating. Food or not, the evening begins with the cast arriving at the event and immediately mingling with your staff. This is important because we will soon recognize the crowd dynamic and what approach we will take to get them involved as quickly as possible. Once we have "worked the crowd" for a while, we will introduce ourselves and explain how the evening will progress. Your employees will be encouraged to fully submerse themselves in the activities or face certain public taunting of the highest playful level.
